Rates Effective January 1, 2023
Daily Visits
- $21.00 per visit for one or two companions.
- Each twenty-five minute visit includes - daily walks (weather permitting), relief time and fresh water. Feeding and administering of medications are included upon request. Longer visits are available. Please contact us for rates.
- Scheduling for mid-day visits is based on need. Regular weekday visits can be set for one to five days per week or visit scheduling can be sporadic based on a family’s work schedule.
- Visits outside the hours of 9am - 4pm Monday through Friday are at a rate of $34 per visit (non-holiday)
Special Population Daily Visits

Puppy Relief Visits
These visits are designed for the initial housebreaking period in a puppy’s life. Once a puppy reaches between five and six months of age, they are typically moved to a Standard Daily Visit schedule.- $25.00 for first visit - includes the same services as listed above but are given priority scheduling based on a moving-target housebreaking routine.
- $19.00 per additional same-day visit for one puppy.
- Puppies need lots of attention. Our Relief Visits provide quick in/out bathroom breaks and are scheduled around a moving-target housebreaking schedule.
- Accidents are cleaned during visits to the best of the sitter’s ability.
- Puppy visits outside the hours of 9am - 4pm Monday through Friday are at a rate of $36 per visit (non-holiday).

Senior Care Visits
- $21.00 for first visit
- $16.00 for a second same-day visit
- Senior dogs often need a different type of care. The first visit provides relief time, fresh water, feeding and administering of medications. If the companion is unable to go on a typical walk, then one-on-one time is provided at a level which is comfortable for your boy or girl. The one-on-one time may include minor physical therapy work upon your request or “walks” using a stroller. The second same-day visit provides a short in/out bathroom break.
- Accidents are cleaned during visits to the best of the sitter’s ability.
- Senior visits outside the hours of 9am - 4pm Monday through Friday are at a rate of $34 per visit (non-holiday).
Vacation Care

In-home Visits
- $95 per day for one or two companion animals.
- Includes three visits per day as well as alternating lights, watering plants, adjusting curtains/blinds, bringing in mail/newspapers, bringing trash/recycling to and from the curb. Rates are for Mondays - Thursdays (non-holidays). Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are $110 per day (non-holidays).

Overnight Stays
- $135 per night (up to three companions from the same home)
- We are able to provide overnight stays based on availability. A caring and responsible adult will stay in your home during the evening hours (a thirteen-hour period). Your companions will receive unlimited amounts of attention in an environment that makes them comfortable... their own home! They will enjoy plenty of attention, will receive a nightly brushing as well as regular feedings/medications and any obedience reinforcing you may request. We will provide the extra security of making your home look lived in by bringing in the mail/newspaper as well as taking trash/recycling to and from the curb. We are happy to answer the phone and take messages upon your request. Our professionalism allows you to feel safe and comfortable knowing your home and companions are in our care. Rate is for Mondays - Thursdays (non-holidays). Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are $150 each day (non-holidays).
- Additional rates apply for other services such as watering outside flowerbeds.
Other Services

Taxi Service
- Taxi service to and from your veterinarian, trainer or groomer is available throughout the week. We can also pick up dog food and supplies upon request. Rates are charged at $60 per hour weekdays between 9am and 4pm (non-holiday). Outside office hours, the taxi rate is $72 per hour (non-holiday). All animals are transported in either a crate or are seatbelted in the backseat.
- Long-distance travel/relocation is possible. Contact us for a quote and availability.

Additional services available during standard visits
- cleaning the yard - $2 - $10 per cleaning (based on frequency)
- watering outdoor potted plants - $2 - $5 per watering
- refilling bird feeders and baths - $2 - $5 per service
- nail trims - $10 - $15 per trim depending on temperament

Weekday errands and help
- trips to Two Bostons - with notice - free (same day - $5)
- trips to PetCo, PetSmart, & vets within a five-mile radius for medication or food - with notice - $8 (same day - hourly taxi service rate)
- trips to non-local vets - hourly taxi service rate
- household help - $3 - $5 per visit (making beds, straightening bathrooms, taking trash cans to the curb each week, collecting garbage around the house, etc.)
- waiting for service men to arrive - starting at $35 per hour
Terms & Conditions
- Rates are for services provided during regular office hours of Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Surcharges apply for visits outside these hours.
- For service on major holidays, all stated rates will double (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).
- Service during extreme weather conditions, such as a blizzard, is charged at an hourly rate rather than a per-visit fee. Please contact us for these rates.
- All animals must be current on all standard vaccinations and tests such as heartworm and fecal exams. Titer testing is accepted for vaccinations.
- Dogs are required to wear a secure collar or harness with current contact information as well as have their own non-retractable leash and non-buckle collar for safety purposes. Martingale collars, as shown here, are acceptable for walks as are prong collars without a quick-release clasp.
Payment
- Regular clients receive detailed invoices at the end of each month.
- Vacation clients are given a total and asked to leave payment before departing.
- Payments may be made with cash or personal check.
- Returned checks are subject to a processing fee.
